APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1) Complete an application on line or print form here
and
bring it to the LARC office at 423 SST.
2) Obtain a copy of your most recent
transcript and bring it to the LARC office.
3) Two faculty recommendations are
required. Print forms
here.
These recommendations are to be sent by the faculty member directly
to the LARC office as described on the recommendation form.
