Beginning Week 7 of Spring Quarter, 2008, the Learning and Academic Resource Center (LARC) will be conducting workshops concerning the Humanities Core research paper assignment. The workshops will be led by Robert De France and Dave Nelson. The meeting times and locations are listed in the table to the right.
The workshop is a three-part series on different paper related issues, in particular:
- Week 7: Thesis construction and organization
- Week 8: Research guides and primary resource integration
- Week 9: Final writing tips
Although the workshop is specific to the Humanities Core course, the instructors are open to assisting students in other courses, as well—but only if an assignment sheet or writing promt is brought in!
