Writing 39B Workshops

LARC writing workshops are offered several times weekly throughout the quarter, for the convenience of UCI students. Workshops are available on a drop-in basis for students who want to get immediate assistance with their writing assignments. Workshops are not classes. Regular attendance is not required, just drop-in on the day of the workshop.

Writing 39B workshops are designed specifically for students enrolled in that course and are based on current essay assignments. LARC workshops leaders work closely with Writing 39 staff to offer expert assistance in reading assigned texts and writing successful analytical essays.

Our professional writing staff help students clarify their assignments, focus topics, write thesis statements, and organize and support their analysis.

Workshops are ideal for asking questions, getting started with your paper, or checking your progress!
